Pastry shop / bar, located in via Massarenti.
The location is clearly visible due to its external gazebo.
Structurally welcoming place, simple and refined furnishings, but above all clean.
You enter the main room and the pastry counter is immediately visible.
5 tables line the bar counter, and the windows overlooking a secondary street make the place bright.
Every now and then if I pass by here I stop for a coffee.
There is always the owner and a varied workforce, and I have rarely found smiling and friendly staff.
Personally, I find this cold and rigid attitude towards customers not very nice.
You can be professional and accommodating at the same time.
Are the prices a little high, perhaps to stand out from others in the area?

Small pastry shop not too central in Bologna, but really good.
If you don't want to go crazy looking for parking in the center and you find yourself on the highly recommended road.
Good quality but high prices. The worst thing is the owner with her staff. Lifelong customers, the last time not even a good morning. Never returned and never will return. I love Naples, but in another style, not the arrogant and rude one. I highly recommend being more smiley and polite to those who allow them to remain open. It is thanks to customers that you are alive in your business.
